At Forward Farms, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carbon-neutral raised beef to your door. Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any beef orders.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and issue a refund if necessary.

Refunds
Refunds are available for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once your issue is verified, we’ll initiate the refund process and credit the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the condition of your products. This will help us quickly evaluate the situation and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As a food product, all beef orders are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the best way to proceed is to contact us for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
